Being an internal optimist I think that this will be the year to make it happen. I must admit it is getting a bit more likely every year.
So what are the goals this year ... eat healthy, lose weight and maintain it... be more joyous and love more.
On the health front -
- Plain old water - minimum 40oz per day
- Eat MEALS - whatever I want - but sitting at a table with a plate
- Snacks - "One INGREDIENT" - so carrots, no hummas, an apple or apples, no overly processed stuff like cheeses and yogurts.
And fitness - a mile a day - should be doable since there is no snow here!
As for the joyous - well I have so much to be grateful for, an amazing hubby, financially comfortable, being able to work remotely, a new home we are remodeling, living in Florida - i just need to be more mindful of all that I have!
